    Shopify offers a $1 startup plan, but you need to enter a credit card to view the plans. As soon as you enter your card information, recurring fees start, even if you haven’t opened a store yet. When I discovered that a previous free trial was charging me $39 in addition to the fees for my actual Shopify store, their customer service was too inept to issue a straightforward refund. Avoid this platform—it’s a nightmare.

    Shopify’s customer service lacks understanding and knowledge of client account activities. Due to a technical issue with Shopify’s domain linking, a client mistakenly received two separate invoices for the same linked domain. While the customer service representative tried to help, the credit department didn’t grasp the client’s request to deactivate and unlink the account.

    I’ve been using Shopify for over 7 years, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. While there have been occasional issues, like website crashes or checkout glitches, Shopify’s standout feature is its consistently responsive customer support. They’ve always been quick to assist whenever I’ve faced a problem. Here’s to many more successful years with Shopify!
